FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

If you order is placed by 1:00 pm Central Standard Time it will be shipped the day of purchase.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
U.S orders will be shipped via USPS  

  • Average transit times to the United States: 1-3 days.
  • Average transit times to International: 15-30 Business days

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking information will be sent to the email or phone number that you provided in the contact information section once your product is shipped. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL" to support@hologearco.com. If we don't ship the order out in the time frame listed above, we will refund you promptly upon request. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "LATE CANCEL" to support@hologearco.com. If the item has already shipped, please refer to the return policy. 

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours or before shipment. 

HOW DO I GET MY BALL TO GLOW? 

In order to get the full flow effect for your HoloGear product, use the camera app on your phone and turn the "flash" function on. The ball will appear glowing very brightly on screen. Also, due to our products holographic material whenever light hits the ball at a certain angle, the ball will glow to your naked eye. HoloGear is also releasing our HoloGlasses during our Indiegogo Campaign, which launches April 7th, 2020. When the HoloGlasses are worn, all HoloGear products will glow to your naked eye at anytime of the day or night. This feature will allow you to play sports at night while also having the capability of making amazing videos using your phone. 

DOES THE BALL COME INFLATED?

We currently ship all of our sports ball products deflated, in order to save our customers on shipping costs. If you don't have an air pump and would like for us to ship your ball inflated please write in the notes section of your order to ship inflated or email support@hologearco.com after your order is placed with your request. We will make sure that your request is met. Air pumps are also easily purchasable at a local sporting goods or convenience store. HoloGear plans to have air pumps for sale in the near future. 

ARE THE SPORTS BALLS FOR INDOOR OR OUTDOOR USE?

Our balls are made for both indoor and outdoor play because of the durable leather that our sports balls are made of. We do recommend using the basketballs primarily indoors so that they last longer, but playing outside with any of our products won't ruin the reflectivity of the balls. The sports balls may get dirty from the outdoor elements, which can cover up some of the reflectivity of them, but they are easily cleanable using a wet wipe or wet towel. 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM FOR A REFUND? 

If you would like to return your order, please email support@hologearco.com with your reason for return and order number within 30 days of delivery. We will issue you a free return label, all you have to do is print it and tape it back on the package your order came in. Once we receive your return in the same condition that you received it, we will issue you a full refund, which typically takes 3-5 business days to process.
