I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 7 - 14 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. 

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
U.S orders will be shipped via USPS  
  • Average transit times to the United States: 1-3 weeks
  • Average transit times to International: 17 - 45 Business days

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking information will be sent to the email or phone number that you provided in the contact information section once your product is shipped. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL" to support@hologearco.com. If we don't ship the order out in the time frame listed above, we will refund you promptly upon request. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "LATE CANCEL" to support@hologearco.com. If the item has already shipped, please refer to the return policy. 

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours or before shipment. 

HOW DO I FIND OUT ABOUT WHOLESALE/RETAIL PRICING?

Please contact ryan@hologearco.com about becoming a retailer of HoloGear products. We will provide you a wholesale sheet and get your account set up with us.
